This large, exterior apartment is located on Calle San Bernardo in the district of Malasaña, one of the most beloved districts in Madrid.

Since being visited by our home checker, the property has had a brand new kitchen installed, including a dishwasher, new oven, plenty of counter space to prepare food and new sets of cupboards and drawers.

The apartment is very close to a few metro stations, as well as plenty of exciting restaurants, cafes and theaters.

This is the best opportunity for anyone who would prefer to live in the buzz of the exciting neighborhoods of Malasaña. To top it all off, all utilities are included in the rent.

What we liked the most

  • All utilities are included in the rental price.
  • Each bedroom has a small balcony.
  • Every bedroom has a key, perfect for those that have safety as a top priority.
  • There are 6 full bathrooms in the property, therefore meaning you will only share with a maximum of 1 other tenant.
  • The building has a common living room - you will be able to make plenty of new friends in no time!
  • AC is available in most of the rooms, great for the hot Madrid summers.

Things to keep in mind

To formalize bookings with monthly rent of 0€ in April and May tenant must contact landlord to pay the deposit.

Deposit must be paid and contract signed as soon as possible, otherwise the reservation will be canceled.

Please note that since being visited and photographed by our runner, a brand new kitchen has been installed.

  • You are in the very heart of Madrid, so the road traffic can get noisy during the night.

Getting around


  • Santo Domingo (Line 2) station is literally across the road. If the lights are on red it will take you 15 seconds to walk there!
  • Callao (Line 3 and 5) and Plaza de España Metros (Line 3) are both roughly a 3-minute walk from the apartment.
  • A number of bus stops are also directly outside the apartment on Gran Via, and can take you around the whole of Madrid.
