Well-equipped with modern amenities, this spacious flat will keep you comfortable with the A/C and heating units, dryer, and the renovated kitchen featuring a new oven and dishwasher. These rooms are ideal for students or professionals looking for ample space, whether in the bedroom or in the shared common areas throughout the 120 m2 flat. The flat is a 10-minute walk from the gorgeous Parque del Buen Retiro and conveniently above a metro station with access to Line 6, a circular line that is well-connected to other metro, train, and bus services.
What we liked the most
- The kitchen is new and modern, equipped with an oven, a dishwasher, and two fridges.
- Not only is there a dryer, tenants have the option to hang clothes outside of the windows.
- There are heating units in each bedroom, as well as the shared spaces.
- The flat is expansive with plenty of storage space, whether in the hallway, the kitchen, as well as under the beds and in the large closets.

*Bedrooms 4 and 5 do not have A/C units, however bedrooms 1,2 & 3 do.
