Due to its central and bustling location, this flat is perfect for students and professionals alike who plan to stay in Madrid for a year. El Parque Retiro is only 20 minutes walk from your front door as well as Calle Alcalá, the bustling shopping street. This apartment is fully furnished, with a balcony to enjoy the views of Madrid. Four of the six expansive bedrooms have double beds and all are well-furnished. The comfortable living space offers seating as well as a large dining table for housemate dinners. The spacious apartment measures at 130 m2 meaning it is large enough to house the 6 tenants.
