This apartment is on the 1st floor of a building equipped with an elevator. It has natural gas heating and natural gas water heating. You can dry your clothes in the interior patio. The price of rent includes electricity, water, gas, wi-fi, community fees, heating (from November 1st to April 1st), and weekly cleaning of the common areas. There is an option to contract a cleaning service for individual rooms for 5 euros per cleaning. The minimum lease for this apartment is 180 days (6 months) and the maximum lease is 360 days (12 months).

What we liked the most

  • Located in the upscale neighborhood of Salamanca, this apartment has posh stores, top-tier restaurants, and transportation lines all within walking distance.
  • There are 3 modern bathrooms to be shared among 6 tenants.
  • The living room is very luminous and spacious: it is furnished with large, comfortable sofas and a wall-mounted TV. You will find plenty of seats in case you want to host guests.
  • All rooms come with double beds and independent keys.
  • Utilities are included in the rental price.
  • There is a separate dining area with a glass table and 4 chairs where tenants can share meals.
  • The kitchen has plenty of storage space and tenants will have use of 2 refrigerators, dishwasher, and an oven.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is an interior patio where tenants can dry their laundry.
  • The third bathroom only has a toilet and sink.
