  • This area is known for its vibrant nightlife and is a home to many restaurants and cafes.
  • The apartment has beautiful second floor views of the street.
  • You will be able to enjoy a large dining area where you will also find a secondary fridge.

Things to keep in mind

  • The tenants will have access to two shared bathrooms, one is a toilet room and the other is equipped with a bathtub.
