What we liked the most

  • The neighborhood of Trafalgar is one of the nicest in Madrid: full of quaint bars, shops, and restaurants, its charm and proximity to the city center make it an attractive choice for all.
  • The bedrooms are all fully furnished with double beds, desks and storage space. They also come with independent keys for added security.
  • The Quevedo metro station is a few minutes' walk away. The lively areas of Malasaña and Chueca are very close as well.
  • There is an assortment of exterior and interior rooms with varying features, so tenants can choose according to their preference.
  • The living room and dining area are quite spacious and perfect for getting to know your new roommates.
  • The living room has an A/C unit to keep tenants cool during the summer months. Rooms 3 and 4 are also equipped with individual units.
  • All utilities, including weekly cleaning of the common areas, is included in the price.

Things to keep in mind

  • The apartment is on the ground floor, but the exterior rooms have protective bars for security.
  • The apartment lacks a TV, but tenants will hardly have use for one with so much to do nearby!
