Spotahome is proud to present a fully furnished room available for rent in a large, shared 3 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment, situated on Calle Pilar de Zaragoza in the residential area of Guindalera. You will be sharing the comfortable living room with a terrace, the fully equipped kitchen and the bathroom with the landlord - a young family, occupying two of the bedrooms. This 100m2 interior apartment features comforting light yellow walls, as well as plenty of storage in each room - we love the large storage unit in the rentable bedroom! The apartment is surrounded by several restaurants where you can enjoy the traditional Spanish cuisine and nearby bus and metro station can easily take you into the city centre in just a few minutes.

This apartment is located on the first floor of a building which is equipped with an elevator. It has central heating and natural gas water heating. You can dry your clothes on the strings over the patio. Wi-Fi is installed and activated in the property.

What we liked the most

  • With Diego de Leon metro station just a short walk away, you can easily reach the city centre in 25 minutes or in 15 minutes by a bus.
  • Storage is available in every room, ideal for keeping away all your belongings.
  • The room for rent is spacious and fully furnished - the tenant will also benefit from having a large bookcase where you can store plenty of books.
  • We love the comfortable living area, furnished with large sofas as well as a storage unit, a big TV and a terrace.

Things to keep in mind

  • The blue-themed shared bathroom is equipped with a large shower.
  • The kitchen is not equipped with an oven, however, you can use a fully functioning microwave, a toaster oven as well as a stove.
