Located in a renovated classic building, the apartment has unique old fashioned touches with modern updates. It is fully furnished and thoughtfully decorated, with parquet floors and painted walls. The living room has a large, comfortable sofa and armchairs. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find a washing machine, dishwasher, electric stove-top, and dining table. All of the bedrooms are beautiful, bright and big and each would be comfortable to rent as a single or as a couple. While two of the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, there are also two full shared bathrooms. Calle de Padilla is very conveniently located in the heart of Salamanca, close to some of Madrid's best shopping and dining. There are two metro stops a short walk from the apartment, so you will have quick and easy access to the rest of the city.

Getting around


The Núñez de Balboa (lines 5 and 9) and Rubén Darío (line 5) metro stops are both a very short walk from the apartment. The 1, 5 ,14 ,27, 45, 74, 150, N1, N22, and N24 buses also stop nearby. Many of Madrid's most famous attractions, parks, bars, and shopping are within walking distance.
