Located in a renovated classic building, the apartment has unique old fashioned touches with modern updates. It is fully furnished and thoughtfully decorated, with parquet floors and painted walls. The living room has a large, comfortable sofa and armchairs. In the fully equipped kitchen you will find a washing machine, dishwasher, electric stove-top, and dining table. All of the bedrooms are beautiful, bright and big and each would be comfortable to rent as a single or as a couple. While two of the bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, there are also two full shared bathrooms. Calle de Padilla is very conveniently located in the heart of Salamanca, close to some of Madrid's best shopping and dining. There are two metro stops a short walk from the apartment, so you will have quick and easy access to the rest of the city.

  • Two of the bedrooms have en suites, so the two other bathrooms will only be shared by three of the tenants.
  • The apartment has fun and unique touches like a fireplace and classic crown molding.
  • The landlord only accepts postgraduate students and professionals, so you can count on a quiet, grown up environment.
  • A weekly cleaning service, WiFi, and utilities are included in the rent.
