All six bedrooms are available for rent, Bedroom 6 having its own en-suite bathroom and personal balcony. Each room is spacious and fully furnished, coming complete with a double bed, wardrobe for your belongings and large windows that allow for ample natural light. The living room is a perfect area for flatmates to relax and get to know one another and features chic wall decor, 2 large sofas and a chair. The floor area of this apartment is 140m2.

The apartment is located on the 5th floor of a building that is equipped with an elevator. There is natural gas water heating and heating. You can dry your clothes on an individual rack inside the flat. Wi-Fi is installed in the property. Cleaning is included in the rental price and occurs once a week.

What we liked the most

  • Each bedroom is distinctively decorated and equipped with a double bed and nice views.
  • The apartment features wooden floors all through out.
  • The hallway is lined with stained glass windows that not only allows for plenty of natural light, but also gives the apartment a unique style.
  • Bedroom 6 is the largest of the bedrooms and has access to a balcony and features and en-suite bathroom.

Things to keep in mind

  • The apartment does not come equipped with an oven, however it features a dishwasher, microwave and a stove top.

There is also service for bus numbers 1, 2, 3, 46, 74, 146, M2, N18, N19, N20 and N21 at several surrounding bus stops.
