This sunny, six bedroom shared apartment is conveniently located in Madrid's Atocha neighborhood, in the city center. Calle Santa María de la Cabeza places you close to many of the city's most famous attractions, universities, and of course the Atocha train station. The apartment itself is entirely exterior, and features high ceilings, large windows, and parquet floors. All of the six bedrooms may be rented as singles or by couples, and are bright, cheerful, and fully furnished. Each bedroom also features its own balcony with a street view. There are two full, renovated bathrooms to share, as well as a fully equipped kitchen with a washing machine and oven. In the dining room you will find a table for six.

This apartment is located on the 3rd floor of a building which is equipped with an elevator. You can dry your clothes on a rack inside the apartment. Wi-Fi is installed in the property and it is activated. Cleaning of common areas is once a week.

Transportation

Puerta de Atocha train station is just a few minutes walk away, and from here you can catch trains to other cities in Spain. You will also be very close to the Palos de la Frontera metro stop (Line 3). The 6, 55, 59, 85 and N14 buses pass nearby.

Atocha and Delicias: This part of the city, located near Puerta de Atocha, is perfect for those looking for an authentic Spanish neighborhood with relatively affordable prices in spite of it being close to so many tourist attractions. Not only is it ideal, but also well-connected to suburban university campuses (including Comillas campus in Alcobendas, Carlos III in Getafe, the Autónoma, and the Universidad de Alcalá de Henares), and also touristic spots like el Retiro, Teirno Galván park and the city’s most reputable museums. It’s location is perfect for services to other cities in Spain via Larga Distancia, Media Distancia and AVE high-speed trains and all the Cercanías commuter train lines.
