Located on Calle Redondilla, this 7-bedroom, 2-bathroom apartment is perfect for anyone looking to live in the center of Madrid. All 7 bedrooms are available for rent and come fully furnished with every amenity one would need in order to have a comfortable stay while in Madrid. The kitchen comes fully equipped, featuring 2 refrigerators, an oven, dishwasher and ample counter space for preparing delicious meals. The shared living room is a great space for getting to know other flatmates and features a cozy sofa, three plush chairs and a table that can be used for studies or enjoying meals. As an added bonus this shared apartment has a balcony, that allows for views of the surrounding area of La Latina.

After Landlord Approval:
  • When cancelling 60 days or more before check-in - Full refund of initial payment
  • Cancelling between 30 and 59 days before check-in - 50% refund of initial payment
  • When cancelling 29 days or less before check-in - Non-refundable

  • If the landlord cancels your booking 48 hours before your move in date, we will either A) pay for a hotel and help you find somewhere new or, B) refund your money in full.

House rules

Landlord policies

  • NO ADMIN FEE for bookings from February to July 2024
  • Payment method:cash; bank transfer; credit card
  • Your landlord speaks: English, Spanish.
  • Your landlord does not live on the property.
  • Please keep in mind that the bedrooms do not include some items seen in the photos (plants, laptop, etc.).
  • Bed linen and towels are NOT included. Tenants must provide their own. The mattress is only supplied with the mattress cover, which cost 10€, to be paid upon check in.
  • ***Important note:" Landlord ask for 1 month of monthly rent as admin fee and 1 month of rent as Security deposit"

Remember that Security Deposit and admin fee (when applies) must be paid before the check in day

Monthly Prices include: Internet, weekly cleaning service, maintenance service, community fees.

Water, electricity and gas bills are not included. For water it is €5 each month, and electricity/gas will depend on use. They****are more or less 60 euros per month per tenant_._

Tenant conditions:

  • Maximum permitted tenant age: 35
  • Couples are NOT allowed
  • Pets are NOT allowed
  • Smoking is NOT allowed

Check-in/Bookings:

  • Bookings closed during weekends: If the booking is closed during the weekend, the earliest check-in would be on the following Monday at 16:00.
  • Bookings with check in on the same day: If the booking is confirmed after 16:00, the earliest check-in would be the next day at 16:00.

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can request the property and it will be held for you until you get a response. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.

The apartment is located close to several forms of transportation. There is access to bus stops for bus numbers 3, 31, 50, 65, 148, and N16, Metro station La Latina (Line 5) is also just a short walk away.
