This 33 m² studio apartment is furnished with a double bed, dining table and a television. The beautifully decorated property opens out onto a spacious balcony, and also offers a kitchen with a range of cooking accessories, and a bathroom with a washing machine.

The apartment is located on a very elegant street, surrounded by boutiques, restaurants and cafes. This area is considered Madrid's Golden Mile, being one of the city's main commercial zones. Goya and Retiro park are a 15-minute walk away.
