There is a 30 m² studio apartment available to rent in the popular Retiro neighborhood. The studio has light wood flooring and comes fully furnished. There is a sofa-bed, built-in wardrobe, storage, and a TV. The kitchen is small, but fully equipped. The best feature is the 22 m² private terrace.
The Retiro district shares a name with Madrid's most famous park, which is less than a 15-minute walk away. This is the perfect place to do exercise, spend a sunny afternoon, and meet with friends. There are many shops and restaurants within walking distance, and you also have a metro stop just 6 minutes away.

- Cancelling between 30 and 59 days before check-in - 50% refund of initial payment

Once a booking is confirmed, the Spotahome fee is non-refundable
