This luminous 33 m² studio, which is equipped with air conditioning, is available to rent on Calle Lagasca. The well-planned studio opens up into a small but useful kitchen which comes equipped with everything you need to prepare a meal and has a descent amount of storage space. The living area is separated from the kitchen by a dining table with room for 2 people to share a meal and is furnished with a comfy double bed, an armchair, a wardrobe and a chest of drawers.
The property is located in Madrid's popular upscale Salamanca neighbourhood, close to the Paseo de la Castellana shopping district where you will find lots of fashionable boutiques. You will also find a large number of excellent restaurants and live within walking distance of the city center. There is a supermarket right around the corner and you can easily connect with any part of the city thanks to the many nearby metro stations and bus stops.
