This studio apartment is light and comfortable. It features a small, white kitchen area with sink, cupboards and microwave. There's room for a sofa as well as a full double bed and large wardrobe for storing all your belongings. The room also features a small desk with flat-screen TV so you can watch your favourite shows from bed! The bathroom is very modern and stylish, with a corner shower, toilet and sink. Everything you need is in this compact yet pretty studio apartment.
This apartment is located in the poshest neighbourhood in Madrid. Calle de Lagasca is a bustling street lined with designer stores from jewellers to clothes stores to bistros. The nearest supermarket is only a few doors down from this apartment block and you'll find a pharmacy on the next street over. If you get tired of shopping in the many luxurious stores in the area, head to the Mexican catina No Mames Cantina that's less than a minute from the apartment.

Move in
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
