This fashionable studio apartment is for rent on Calle Grafal in the area of La Latina. It comes with a modern kitchen equipped with all you need to cook, and a lovely tiled bathroom. There is a balcony on which to relax in the sun, and you can enjoy the TV from the comfort of the couch. This is one stylish studio!
This apartment is located just a 2-minute walk from the nearest Metro. The supermarket is also just around the corner, as well as countless restaurants. For some sightseeing, the majestic Capilla de Nuestra Señora y de San Juan de Letrán is only a few blocks away, and if in need of some entertainment, the Teatro La Latina is not hard to find.
