This 25 m² studio available to rent is a cozy and renovated apartment in Madrid Centro. The studio has polished wood flooring, high ceilings, and an AC unit. There is a compact but fully equipped kitchen, a spacious bathroom, and a fully furnished bedroom/living room. The main area is furnished with a double bed, couch, wardrobe, small table, and a flat-screen TV.
On Calle Relatores, the studio is in the heart of Madrid. You are just a short walk from the bustling plazas Plaza Mayor and Puerta del Sol. There are an endless amount of restaurants and shops nearby, but you are also very well-connected by Metro.
