We think this apartment is ideal for a cool couple. Close to work or the campus, with the Metro handy to whip you around town. Easy decision.

What we liked the most

  • Stretching out – for a studio, you get plenty of leg room.
  • Walking to just about anywhere – your favourite bar on the corner and the city at your feet.

Things to keep in mind

  • The apartment is located on a lively central street with bars and restaurants. You may experience some noise.
  • There is a washing machine but no dryer – no probs, just grab yourself a rack.
  • The apartment uses 2 individual electric units for heating.
