This studio apartment for rent has been completely remodeled and offers an modern and open space. The kitchen and bedroom are separate, but there is a serving window that allows you to open that space and make the apartment feel bigger. The bedroom has a double bed, fold-out table, and chest of drawers. On the opposite wall you have a living room corner with a beautiful L-shaped leather couch. Even the bathroom provides elegance, with a stylish gray and black shower. The best part about this this studio, however, is the huge outdoor terrace. With patio seating and grass, you truly have a city oasis in your own backyard.
The apartment is located in Chueca, in the center of Madrid. Chueca is a small but vibrant neighborhood, known for its positive vibe, great shopping, and nightlife, packed with bars, pubs and restaurants. You have the Chueca metro stop less than 1 minute away and on the same block a jazz club, art gallery, and Mexican restaurant.
What we liked the most
- The studio makes use of all the space provided with extra storage near the entrance.
- The outdoor terrace has a beautiful wooden patio area with outdoor seating. You also have a grassy area surrounded by vine covered gates.
- The living room corner has a beautiful and elegant L-shaped leather couch.
- The kitchen has a serving window, which you can open and close, making it the perfect set-up to entertain guests.
- The bathroom has an elegant rectangular sink and shower with modern gray and black tiling.
- You are less than 1 minute to the Chueca metro stop and are surrounded by an endless amount of restaurants, theaters, and bars.
Things to keep in mind
