This interior studio apartment for rent is absolutely perfect for students. It is located next to Universidad Pontificia Comillas and has great connections to the city centre as well as University of Madrid. It is situated on Calle Alberto Aguilera, in the student-friendly district of Moncloa. The apartment is fully furnished with a living/sleeping area - the couch transforms into a cosy double bed - a fully equipped kitchen and a bathroom. You'll be surrounded by budget-friendly cafes, delicious restaurants and some of Madrid's most amazing nightlife. The area is full of locals as well as expats and there's always something happening. The area of the apartment is 25m2.
This apartment is located on the ground floor of a building which isn’t equipped with an elevator. It has electric heating and electric water heating. You can dry your clothes individual rack inside the apartment. Wi-Fi isn’t installed in the property.
The English speaking landlord doesn't live on the property and requires 1 month rent as a deposit. Smoking is permitted but pets are not allowed. Rent can be paid by cash.

Moncloa is a 15-minute walk from Malasaña, so it's pretty central.
