This is a cozy, 35 sqm studio apartment for postgraduate students or professionals. It is located on Calle de Lagasca, in the family friendly and upscale Salamanca neighborhood. You will be close to some of the city's best shopping and restaurants, and within walking distance of the center. The apartment has parquet floors, an open floor plan, and ample storage space despite its small size. The kitchen is fully equipped and features a washing machine. In the bedroom you will find storage underneath and around the double bed, along with a large wardrobe. This apartment is a fantastic option for young professionals coming to Madrid!

This apartment is located on the 2nd floor of a building which is equipped with an elevator. It has single electric heating and electric water heating. You can dry your clothes on a line. Wi-Fi is installed on the property but it is not activated.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is no door separating the sleeping and living areas, however a curtain could be hung here.
  • The landlord only allows tenants that are postgraduate students or professionals.
