A modern, 38m2 apartment with 1 bedroom is available to rent in just south of Bocconi University. The property is sunny and spacious, and it has the appearance of being larger than it actually is. The living room is cosy, and it is open to the recently renovated kitchen, which has a fridge, an electric stove, and lots of storage space and cutlery. The bedroom is also large and sunny, and it has a gorgeous french door overlooking a quiet, interior patio. The bathroom is clean and contemporary, and it has a washing machine in it.
The apartment is surrounded by multiple parks and is perfect for students attending Bocconi University. The IED Fashion School and fine arts academy, NABA, are also close by.
What we liked the most
- The entire apartment is brand-new and modern.
- There is a washing machine in the bathroom.
- The kitchen and living room are open to one another, which gives the apartment a very spacious feeling.
- There is no balcony in the apartment, but the french doors in the bedroom give the impression that there is.
Things to keep in mind
- A variable deposit is required. Please see landlord policies.
- There is no oven, but the kitchen is equipped with a stove and microwave.
- Twin beds can be changed for a double bed upon request.
