This 1-bedroom apartment available to rent in Loreto is a spacious 100 m² property. There is a beautiful all-white, open-plan kitchen and living room. The kitchen has a lovely marble island and integrated storage and appliances. The living room is furnished with an additional dining table, an L-shaped couch, and a large built-in shelving unit. The bedroom is also a spacious room and opens up onto a lovely balcony with patio seating.
On Via Claudio Monteverdi, you are right next to the famous shopping street Corso Buenos Aires. This long avenue is lined with brand names such as Zara, Sephora, and H&M. The nearby streets also offer an endless number of restaurants and cafés to choose from when you need to take a shopping break. Not in the mood to shop? No problem. You also have art galleries, museums, and cultural centers nearby to explore.
