This modern 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom apartment has a generous 60 m² footprint on Via Gaetano Moretti in Portello/QT 8. The living room is bright and spacious with a large sofa and a table and chairs so you have somewhere to sit down and enjoy a home-cooked meal. The kitchen is also well-equipped with a 4-burner gas stove, an oven and a full-sized refrigerator as well as everything you need to cook.
If you're looking for somewhere to relax outside in the summer sun, you won't need to go far, as the Parco Monte Stella is just a quick 5-minute walk away. Why not go to the nearby supermarket and pick up some supplies for a picnic first? If you'd rather enjoy some of Milan's more touristy spots, you can always catch the Metro to Arco della Pace and the Parco Sempione.
What we liked the most
- There is a dishwasher in the kitchen so you don't need to spend too long cleaning up after dinner.
- This 1st floor apartment has an elevator, so you don't need to carry your things up all those stairs.
- There is both heating and AC to keep you comfortable year round.
- This apartment has a balcony, accessible off the living room, so you can get our an enjoy the sunshine without leaving the apartment.
- There are lovely hardwood floors throughout this apartment.

- Although there is a washing machine, there is no dryer in this apartment.
- There is a safe where you can keep your personal belongings.
