The flat is fully air-conditioned with parquet floors and high ceilings. The entrance leads to the large and bright living area, there is a study corner and relaxation area with double sofa bed and flat-screen TV, the kitchen is separate and equipped with electric induction hobs. The living area overlooks a pleasant terrace equipped with tables and chairs. The sleeping area has a double bedroom with walk-in wardrobe, large master bathroom with shower and guest bathroom. The flat is characterised by the elegance of the colours and furnishings, the flat offers a precious silence and the proximity to the Inganni stop of the M1 red line metro which takes you to the Duomo, SanBabila and Cadorna in just over 10 minutes.
