This apartment is located on the first floor of a building which is not equipped with an elevator. Wi-fi is installed and it is activated.
Cleaning Service: Regular cleaning services are included in the rent. The shared spaces will be cleaned once a week and rooms will be cleaned once a month.
The cleaning service includes: Bathrooms (weekly); Corridor (floor and basic cleaning, weekly); Kitchen (floor and basic cleaning, weekly); NOT dishes; the dishes need to be done by the students themselves.
Garbage: The garbage from the kitchen must be disposed at least twice a week by the tenants. The garbage must be disposed in the condominium garbage cans on the ground floor. All flatmates are equally responsible for the disposal of garbage.
Private self-service laundry: The apartment has a special agreement with the private self-service laundry 'All Wash'. 'All Wash' is located 4 minutes by foot from the apartment. On arrival you receive an «ALL WASH» self-service laundry voucher-key for 12 washings.

This attractive flat offers a vibrant and relaxed living environment, with both rooms and common areas stylishly decorated and equipped with modern furniture. There are four rooms to choose from, two of them equipped with single beds, and two featuring twin beds, making them suitable for two occupants. Tenants will share use of two bathrooms and a common room featuring a kitchen and dining area. The apartment is located in the neighbourhood of Bovisa, on Via Maddalena Giudice Donadoni, very close to the Politecnic University of Milan.

Before Landlord Approval - No charges will be incurred
After Landlord Approval:
- When cancelling 60 days or more before check-in - Full refund of initial payment
- Cancelling between 30 and 59 days before check-in - 50% refund of initial payment
- When cancelling 29 days or less before check-in - Non-refundable
Once a booking is confirmed, the Spotahome fee is non-refundable

Landlord policies
The landlord does not live on the property and requires one month rent as a deposit. Rent should be paid by bank transaction. This landlord only accepts students. Tenants are required to pay a one off 100 Euro service fee. The service fee is non refundable and will be charged when moving in. This fee covers: Launderette-voucher for 12 washings | Bed sheets & linen | Final cleaning.

The apartment is located just three minutes walk from the Milano Bovisa FNM train station, which serves a number of lines and will take you into the city centre. The Bausan light rail/ tram station is also within easy walking distance (line 2).
