Lambrate is one of Milan's oldest districts, dating back to 222 BC when the Romans conquered this area. It's a residential area, featuring a beautiful Parco Lambro and a sports centre M. Casadei. The district is also a home to The Chapel, located at the corner of via Bertolazzi and via Dardanoni. The district has an easy access to the city centre as it also homes the Milano Lambrate train station. Fun fact: Lambretta motor scooter was manufactured here and named after the district.
