For stays of less than 6 months, there is a 1 month's rent penalty fee.
If check-out date is in July or August, there is a 1 month's rent penalty fee + €50
Rent payment procedure:
- Rent must be paid every 3 months. The first 2 months must be paid as soon as the contract is sent to you by the landlord. The first month that you paid during your booking will be transferred by Spotahome to the landlord.
- If the rent is paid monthly, there will be a €50 penalty to be paid during check-out.
The landlord only accepts bookings starting within 2 weeks of the property's availability.
Utility bills:
- Central heating and building fee: included in the price of rent
- Other bills: €50 per tenant, per month (payable to landlord)
