  • The balcony is a useful extra outdoor space for a quick breath of fresh air or drying your clothes.
  • There is a TV installed in the apartment, ideal for unwinding after a long day at work.
  • The kitchen has a dining table and a sofa, perfect for eating or socialising and relaxing with friends.
  • The apartment's proximity to the public transport is convenient for commuting in the mornings.
  • This area is fantastic for shopaholics as it is home to Corso Buenos Aires, the major shopping avenue in the city.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is only a balcony in 1 of the bedrooms but this is added motivation to make friends with your flatmates.
