One of Milan’s oldest districts, Porta Romana, also known as the former gate to Milan, holds a lot of history, dating back to the 12th century. Full of cobblestoned streets, chic shops and plenty of cafes, this charming district is often a favorite residential area of many due to its close proximity to the city centre and Milan’s universities.

What we liked the most

  • 3 of the rooms have balconies in them.
  • The property is right next to a metro station.
  • The apartment is modern, and it has been nicely decorated.
  • There are 2 bathrooms in the home, which is ideal for shared living.
  • 1 of the bathrooms has a bathtub in it-- perfect for relaxing baths!
  • There are nice wood floors in the property.
  • In the dining room, there is a large table with chairs, and also a TV.

Things to keep in mind

  • Bedroom 4 is a shared occupancy room and can only be rented per bed.
