The apartment comprises a large, shaded balcony, the 2-bedrooms, a bathroom, and a large kitchen / living room area. The apartment has new furnishings, and has modern fittings, from the oven and induction stove to the bathroom. In the living area, there is a large sofa and a dining table, where you can relax with your flatmate, and there is also access to the large balcony, which runs along the length of the property and can also be access by both bedrooms.

The area in which you will be living is quite residential, but there are lots of useful amenities within a few minute's walk away, including a bank and a pharmacy and a Carrefour Express supermarket. The canal is nearby, which is a nice place to walk on a warm day, and you can find more shopping along Via Padova, on the other side.

  • You will have a very large balcony, which is also shaded, so you can use it even when the sun is beating down.
  • The shared living area is spacious and bright, and will make a comfortable place to spend time with your housemates.
  • The apartment is very well equipped with modern appliances.
  • You will be well served by local amenities.
