There are 2 shared bathrooms and a double toilet room also. The surprise of the apartment is the large, cool basement, which has a gym, solely for the use of the tenants!

The apartment is situated on via Paolo Bassi in Isola, a residential area where you can find shops, restaurants, bars and cafés. Due to its proximity to a campus of Politecnico di Milano, you'll find a lot of student-y bars in the area, and there's lots of very convenient amenities, with Carrefour, Esselunga, and Lidl supermarkets all within a short walk. There are also several small parks where you can relax and study in the sun.

What we liked the most

  • Each of the rooms are spacious, bright, and well-decorated and furnished.
  • There are 2 bathrooms and a double toilet room shared between 4 of the bedrooms, so you'll never be queuing up in the morning! (Bedroom 1 has a full en-suite bathroom too.)
  • You'll have your own private gym, with an exercise bike, treadmill, and a multi-function weight machine.
  • The location is ideal for students, a short bus journey from the Bovisa Campuses of Politecnico di Milano.

    • The rest of your first month's rent, your deposit and any additional fees: you must pay this to the landlord 30 days before you move in (or ASAP if you are planning to move in sooner)

    • 30 - 60 days: 1 month's rent
    • 61 days - 180 days: 1 month's rent
    • 181 days or more: 3 months' rent
