What we liked the most

  • The kitchen provides access to a spacious balcony with calm interior views, and a small table and chairs where you can enjoy your morning coffee.
  • Each of the rooms is tastefully decorated, with monochromatic design offset by splashes of colour in paintings on the wall, or soft furnishings.
  • The Bovisa campuses of Politecnico di Milano are less than 20 minute's walk away - ideal for students.
  • It's a short walk to Piazza Giovanni Bausan, which has tons of amenities; from opticians to florists, banks to butchers.

    • First week's rent: paid when you book
    • The rest of your first month's rent, your deposit and any additional fees: you must pay this to the landlord 30 days before you move in (or ASAP if you are planning to move in sooner)

    • 30 - 60 days: 1 month's rent
    • 61 days - 180 days: 1 month's rent
    • 181 days or more: 3 months' rent
