4 single room apartment on the 3rd floor with elevator, furnished eat-in kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 1 with tub/shower the other with shower stall and washing machine, storage room, 2 balconies. The room is equipped with double bed, bedside table, wardrobe closet, weekly chest of drawers, chair with desk, small sofa, mirror and access to the balcony shared with the kitchen.
THE ZONE.
The apartment, located at Via Sapri, 73 in Milan and is immersed in an elegant condominium complex with a large private park, tree-lined, equipped with benches and usable; in the immediate vicinity various stores and services, (bar, laundry, stationery and household items, supermarket, gym, toy library, etc.) and the ancient Certosa di Garegnano.
TRANSPORTATION.
Bus Line 40 - Stop below (Bonola M1-Niguarda Parco Nord)
Suburban Line S5-S6 - about 8 minutes on foot, from which you can reach, in a short time, the CAMPUS BOVISA POLITECNICO, other University sites and the center of Milan.
Streetcar line 14 - 7 minutes away (Cimitero Maggiore-Lorenteggio).
Nearby, Milan-Turin-Venice-Varese highway.
What we liked the most
- The balconies on either side of the building are spectacular, especially the one outside the kitchen.
- There's an 8-theatre multiplex cinema just north of the apartment that has the best popcorn around.
- You're just a 15-minute drive away from the city centre.
Cancellation policies
Before Landlord Approval - No charges will be incurred
After Landlord Approval:
- When cancelling 60 days or more before check-in - Full refund of initial payment
- Cancelling between 30 and 59 days before check-in - 50% refund of initial payment
- When cancelling 29 days or less before check-in - Non-refundable
Once a booking is confirmed, the Spotahome fee is non-refundable
