The apartment is just a quick 10-minute walk from the Sempione Park (where you will find the Aquarium and La Triennale di Milano, so you won't need to go too far to find something to do on the weekends), Castello Sforzesco, the Duomo, the Cadorna and Garibaldi stations and the Brera district. If you're willing to walk a little further, definitely go to Piazza Gae Aulenti and Corso Como or check out the Museo Nazionale della Scienza e della Tecnologia Leonardo da Vinci. And on the way back to the apartment why not grab a bite to eat at one of the many restaurants in the area.

Things to keep in mind

Please make sure you follow these house rules: 

  • Your room and bathroom should be kept clean unless you want to pay for a cleaning lady who would clean it for you. The cost is €10 an hour.
  • When using the kitchen keep in mind that other people need to use it, too. Therefore make simple meals and leave the kitchen spotlessly clean.
  • The electricity is paid by the landlady. Electricity in Milan is very expensive therefore light should be always switched off when not in use. Please do not keep the blinds down during the day using electricity to light the room.
