The awesome student attic

Because I'm going to study in style

Will I like it here?

Absolutely. It's pretty big, so no one will feel cramped. You won't have to fight over who gets the bathrooms in the mornings — there are two of them. And the kitchen definitely has enough elbow room for a few budding chefs.

Really? Tell me more...

You can all easily study at the desks in each room. When you want to take a little break, chat with your roommates in the living room. Or gather around the TV to check out a new show.

We think it's great for women who want to explore the city together on the weekends. You'll understand when someone needs to finish up a paper. Celebrate by all going out together.

Your top 3 reasons to live here:

  • There is a ton of public transport nearby.
  • The kitchen has plenty of space for everyone.
  • Two bathrooms means you won't have to wait as long in the morning.

But you need to know this...

  • It's on the top floor, so the roof is pretty slanted in some places.

And this...

  • This property is available to female students only. Sorry, gentlemen.

Give it to me straight...

This is a 4th floor, 5-bedroom apartment on Via Giuseppe Broggi, Milan. The two bathrooms will keep everyone happy and on time. And the kitchen has plenty of storage space to share.

We think it's a great apartment to meet new people while still getting work done. Everyone has a desk in their room to really focus. When you want to go out on the town, getting around is a breeze.
