La casa è stata completamente ristrutturata sei anni fa. Il riscaldamento è a pavimento finestre con triplo vetro ed i consumi sono bassi.
Composta da due ampie camere matrimoniali una con letto matrimoniale, l'altra con letto a castello, e trambe con armadio quattro ante e da un soggiorno/cucina.
Ampio bagno con doppio lavello, doccia e zona lavanderia con lavatrice.
L'appartamento è al secondo piano. Non c'è l'ascensore.
Piano cottura elettrico.
Climatizzatore in soggiorno.
Sotto casa ristorante, tintoria e parrucchiere. A pochi passi panettereia.
La metropolitana ed il centro commerciale si trovano a otto minuti a piedi.

You'll have every essential in this nice apartment. With lots of natural light, every essential appliance, and a nice location near a Metro station, this apartment has all the makings of a good home.
We think this is an ideal spot for an on-the-go student or professional looking for a place that's super practical.

This is a nice 2nd floor, 2-bedroom apartment on Via Rizzardi, Milan. It's bright, it's got every essential appliance, and you'll only have to share with 1 other person— what's not to like?
The location is nice— you'll have a huge park to enjoy nearby, as well as all the restaurants, cafes, pizzerias, and shops you could want. Perfect.
