FOR THE BATHROOM THE GUEST MUST BRING TWO LARGE TWO MEDIUM AND TWO SMALL TOWELS. THE ROOM IS EQUIPPED WITH A FLIP-UP/FLIP-DOWN DESK WHERE THE GUEST WILL DO HIS WRITING,STUDY AND PASTIME ACTIVITIES. NO GUESTS! THE CLEANING OF THE ROOM WILL BE CARRIED OUT BY THE LANDLORD once a week usually on saturday mornings and in conjunction with the cleaning of the room the guest will perform the change of the bed sheets. AS PER AD THE CLEANING OF THE ROOM AND BATHROOM ( cleaning and hygiene of the bathroom always performed by the landlord ) COSTS FOR A TOTAL OF € 25.00 MONTHLY. FOR SAFETY REASONS ( due to reasons of living in landlord ) THE GUEST IF STAYING OUT OF THE HOUSE FOR ANY REASON AND RETURNS AFTER 11PM IS MANDATORY TO NOTIFY IN ADVANCE OR IF RETURNS FOR UNCERTAINABLE EVENTS AFTER 11PM MUST NOTICE TEMPESTIVELY WITH A PHONE CALL OR SMS OR WUP THE PROPERTY. IF THE GUEST ( always for the reason written above ) STAYS AWAY FROM THE PROPERTY FOR MORE THAN H 48 MUST NOTIFY IN ADVANCE AND RETURN THE KEYS OF THE PROPERTY THAT WILL BE RECONNECTED ON HIS RETURN.
  • KITCHEN USE GAS COST INCLUDED IN MONTHLY RENT. NO OVEN USE, YES MODERATE MICROWAVE USE. GUEST FOR CLEANING DISHES POTS CUTLERY DISHES MUST BUY LIQUID DETERGENT AND SPONGE WITH LIGHT ABRASIVE AND SOFT PART.
  • The kitchen area, meaning the stove, the two water sinks, like all spaces shared by the guest and the owner and where food is consumed MUST BE LEAVED AS YOU FIND THEM THAT IS TO SAY CLEAN. The garbage can, which is under the two sinks, must be emptied especially if you throw organic waste immediately, the cost of the garbage bags will be shared with the propietrio. Dishes, glasses,cutlery, pots and pans and kitchenware for cooking are made available to the propietary, at no extra cost, BUT MUST BE, after use by the guest, washed and dried and put back where they were taken ( guest must obtain cloth to dry ). For use of the Nespresso coffee machine with original or compatible capsules MUST BE USED BY THE GUEST WITH NATURAL bottled MINERAL WATER ( at his expense ) and not with correct tap water because it is too limey. BATHROOM CLEANING as already written is done by the owner but THE GUEST AFTER THE USE OF THE WASHBASIN,SHOWER, BIDET AND WATER MUST BE LEAVED IN A DECENT WAY AS THEY WERE. It is allowed the use of hot water ( it is centralized NO BOILER BOILER OR WATER HEATER BOILER ) both in the bathroom ( ONE SHOWER PER DAY FROM 5 TO MAX 8 MIN due to energy saving and in the kitchen.
  • COST OF GAS USE FOR COOKING use with moderation INCLUDED IN THE MONTHLY RATE, NO WASHING MACHINE NO USE OF STYLE AND IRONING AXE 100 mt from the property there is Bonola Shopping Center in which there is laundry and ironing. In the property you walk only with socks or slippers,guests' shoes will be placed in the space provided in one of the two closets that my property has. The guest in the kitchen has own modest but adequate space to place purchased foods ( pasta, rice, oil, cookies etc...,. ) and own space of a shelf in the refrigerator modest but adequate ditto in the freezer. THE GUEST MUST BE IN POSSESSION: of their own airtight containers for storing leftover cooked foods to keep in the refrigerator ( max 2 days! ) and have roll of aluminum foil and roll of clingfilm to wrap the foods themselves in the refrigerator, disposable paper towels Containers, rolls etc.. ALL AGAIN AT THE GUEST'S EXPENSE.

DEPOSIT which will be returned by the owner to the guest on the day of their checkout by returning the keys to the property. If the guest for any reason, even independent of his will, leaves the property before the established checkout the security deposit will not be returned to him. These are the SIMPLE rules OF SHARING with me and which I hope have been clear and understandable and dear my future guests I hope that by accepting them you will have a peaceful stay in my property
