This is a 5th floor, 3-bedroom apartment on Via Pisanello, Milan. There are sunny rooms with equipped kitchenettes available to rent in this new property.
It is perfect for both individuals and couples who want a sunny and modern room.
What we liked the most
- Cooking whenever you feel like it because you don't have to share a kitchen.
- Sipping your coffee out on the balcony enjoying your city views.
- Making plans all over the city because you're well-connected by Metro.
Things to keep in mind
- The kitchenettes have no oven, but if you don't bake then it's one less thing to clean.
Cancellation policies

After Landlord Approval:
- When cancelling 60 days or more before check-in - Full refund of initial payment
- Cancelling between 30 and 59 days before check-in - 50% refund of initial payment
- When cancelling 29 days or less before check-in - Non-refundable
Once a booking is confirmed, the Spotahome fee is non-refundable
