  • First month's rent:
    • First week's rent: paid when you book
    • The rest of your first month's rent, your deposit and any additional fees: you must pay this to the landlord 30 days before you move in (or ASAP if you are planning to move in sooner)
  • Variable deposit:
    • 1 month rent for stays up to 5 months.
    • 2 months rent for stays exceeding 5 months.
  • Variable rent price:
    • Price as shown is valid untill 31st August 2021.
    • From 31st August 2021 the Landlord will apply a 50% increase on the price shown.
  • Other costs:
    • Spese condominiali (building fees): yes, included in price of rent
    • TARI (refuse collection tax): €9 per month
    • You need to pay the deposit, any additional fees and costs at least 7 days before your move-in date.
  • Check-in/out:
    • Please note that you will have to arrange to pick up your key with a seperate company. Your landlord will send you information about this once your booking is confirmed. For more info, please read the link to the document above.
  • Please note that once your booking is confirmed with Spotahome you will have to provide some documentation for your landlord.
    • ID / Passport
    • A copy of your Spotahome receipt
    • Your landlord’s contract in Italian, signed on every page (this will be sent to your email once your booking is confirmed)

Move inArrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
