After Landlord Approval:
- When cancelling 60 days or more before check-in - Full refund of initial payment
- Cancelling between 30 and 59 days before check-in - 50% refund of initial payment
- When cancelling 29 days or less before check-in - Non-refundable
Once a booking is confirmed, the Spotahome fee is non-refundable

IMPORTANT:
- This listing represents a bed in a shared room. Please note that the cost of bills is intended to be per tenant, not per room.
- After your booking has been confirmed, a copy of the ID or passport must be sent to the landlord not later than 24 hours after booking confirmation.
- You need to provide the Italian Tax Code ("Codice Fiscale") not later than 24 hours before your check-in. If you don't provide it, the landlord will ask for a penalty of 100 euros You can find more information here on how to apply for your Codice Fiscale.
- This landlord only accepts bookings with check-out either at the end of January or at the end of August.
