This is a 4th-floor, 3-bedroom apartment on Via Ruggero Leoncavallo in Milan. It has a well-equipped kitchen set-up, a dining table, three cosy bedrooms, and the bonus of both AC and a washing machine.
It is perfect for anyone studying at the nearby Politecnico di Milano. But professionals will also enjoy hanging out in this relaxed and well-connected neighbourhood.
What we liked the most
- Staying cool when temperatures rise - AC is another blessing.
- Chilling out in lovely Parco Trotter - it's just up the road.
- Not spending any more weekends at the laundrette - a washing machine is another plus.

Cancellation policies

After Landlord Approval:
- When cancelling 60 days or more before check-in - Full refund of initial payment
- Cancelling between 30 and 59 days before check-in - 50% refund of initial payment
- When cancelling 29 days or less before check-in - Non-refundable
Once a booking is confirmed, the Spotahome fee is non-refundable

BEDS for rent IN SHARED ROOMS: your request will be accepted only if the gender of the other roommate in the room is the same as yours, otherwise you will receive alternative options.
IMPORTANT: in case of bookings shorter than 6 months, the monthly rent shown increases by an extra 80€ for a room/bed in a shared apartment, 100€ for a studio and 160€ for one bedroom apartments.
The landlord admin fee is calculated according to the total contract value, therefore it will vary depending on the length of your stay.
