This is a 1st floor, 6-bedroom apartment on Via Pietro Marocco, Milan. It's an easy and convenient property. Equipped with all the necessities for sharing, you could really have a great time living here.
It is perfect for students. Moving here will give you the great chance to meet new people and see the city at your own pace. Politecnico di Milano is only 15 minutes by Metro, so you have an ideal set up here.
What we liked the most
- Snoozing your alarm because your commute is nice and short.
- Cooking and socialising with housemates in the kitchen.
- Sharing with housemates and having the true university experience.

- The kitchen is the only common room in the property.
Cancellation policies
Before Landlord Approval - No charges will be incurred
After Landlord Approval:
- When cancelling 60 days or more before check-in - Full refund of initial payment
- Cancelling between 30 and 59 days before check-in - 50% refund of initial payment
- When cancelling 29 days or less before check-in - Non-refundable
Once a booking is confirmed, the Spotahome fee is non-refundable
