A classy, spacious 4-bedroom apartment with 2 balconies in one of the trendiest parts of the city and a 30-minute Metro ride away from downtown Milan. You'll be setting up camp in Zona Solari, a chic neighbourhood tailor-made for the cosmopolitan urbanite. The area is brimming with microbreweries, boutiques, and restaurants.

Important: Only Bedrooms 3 & 4 have direct access to a balcony.

Things to keep in mind

Cancellation policies

Before Landlord Approval - No charges will be incurred
After Landlord Approval:
  • When cancelling 60 days or more before check-in - Full refund of initial payment
  • Cancelling between 30 and 59 days before check-in - 50% refund of initial payment
  • When cancelling 29 days or less before check-in - Non-refundable

  • Your landlord speaks: English, Italian.
  • Your landlord does not live on the property
  • Admin fee (VAT included) includes:
    • Contract registration
    • Third party insurance
    • Bedding and towels package
    • Room initial and final cleaning.
    • Refuse collection tax

IMPORTANT INFORMATION:

  • ++The admin fee is due within 48 hours from the acceptance of your booking and paid directly to the landlord. If the landlord doesn't receive the Admin fee within 48 hours, the booking will not be confirmed and the landlord is free to cancel it. The admin fee is fully refunded in case of cancellation at least 45 calendar days prior to the first day of your contract and refunded at 50% for cancellations at least 30 calendar days prior to the first day of your contract.++
  • ++The security deposit must be paid prior to check-in according to the Landlord's instructions and is 100% refundable in the event of cancellation of the booking and/or at the end of the stay upon release of the rented accommodation without damage.++

How to book

With Spotahome, in-person visits are a thing of the past. Our team verifies the property to offer video tours and photos so you can view them online. We collect all the information you need to make your decision.
With just a few simple details you can request the property and it will be held for you until you get a response. Remember, we won't charge you until the Landlord confirms.
The Landlord has 24 hours to respond to your booking request. If they accept, your payment method will be charged and we will put you in contact with the Landlord. If they don’t accept, no worries, you won't be charged and we'll help you find alternatives.
Arrange your move-in date, key collection and anything else directly with your Landlord. As an extra security step, we will only transfer the first month's rent to the Landlord 48 hours after you move in, unless you contact us with a problem.
Remember: you have 24h to check your new home
If the property is significantly different to what our listing promised, let us know within 24h since you move in so that we can work to resolve it.
