This apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building which is equipped with an elevator. It has central heating and electric water heating. You can dry your clothes on individual racks inside the floor or on individual rack on the terrace or balcony. Biweekly cleaning of the common areas is included in the rental price.

This area is very popular among Milanese citizens, many of whom would assure you that the sunset there is one of the most memorable scenes you will ever see. It is a pedestrian-friendly zone with a vibrant nightlife that at times gets busy and noisy due to the different bars, restaurants and terrace where young people and professionals gather.
