This apartment is located on the 1st floor of a building which is equipped with an elevator. It has central heating and electric water heating. You can dry your clothes on individual racks inside the floor or on individual rack on the terrace or balcony. Biweekly cleaning of the common areas is included in the rental price.
It is a well-connected location that is within an 8 minute walking distance to the Tram 9 and Tram 3, not to mention that it is within a 2 minute walking distance of the bus 94. It is also really close to the underground yellow-line and the red-line.

The two major canals are Naviglio Pavese and Naviglio Grande, both of which are navigable and surrounded by different types of coffee shops, restaurants, bars and art galleries. This area is very popular among Milanese citizens, many of whom would assure you that the sunset there is one of the most memorable scenes you will ever see. It is a pedestrian-friendly zone with a vibrant nightlife that at times gets busy and noisy due to the different bars, restaurants and terrace where young people and professionals gather. Not to mention that it is Perfect For Aperitivo! A typical buffet style food that you guarantees a free drink with an order.
