Neighborhood information

Citta Studi, translated as "city of the studies", is the one of the major student district of Milan. The Politecnico technical University of Milan, a public university, is housed in this area, in addition to many technical and scientific faculties of the University of Milan. As one may guess, there are many students that live in this area and thus one can find lots of cheap bars and restaurants. Though rent prices are not the cheapest, the district is popular nonetheless for those who prefer to live near their universities.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment has 2 entrances. The elevator provides direct access to the hallway or you can catch the stairs and enter the house via the kitchen.
  • All bedrooms are similarly equipped, with a double bed, a desk and a wardrobe. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have their own private balcony.
  • With 2 shared bathrooms and a toilet, there is plenty of space for everyone to get ready to start the day.
  • The ample kitchen will provide tenants with a comfortable space to cook and eat their meals. There is a great range of cooking utensils and appliances available, including a gas stove, an oven and a microwave.
  • There is a small but sunny balcony which can be accessed via the kitchen, allowing you to start your day with a cup of coffee in the fresh air.

Things to keep in mind

  • There is no TV in the apartment.
  • The washing machine is located in the bathroom with the toilet.
