This 6 bedroom, 3 bathroom all-male apartment spanning an impressive 200 m2 is located on Via Luigi Omato in the Biococca area of Milan. The neighborhood draws its name from the Biococca University, which is a bus ride away, so you'll be sure to find plenty of students in this area. This completely renovated apartment has 6 bedrooms for rent- 5 singles and 1 double, divided into 2 levels- and Its best feature is hands down the 2 exterior balconies: being on the 7th and 8th floor, it gives you gorgeous views of Milan and the color-filled neighboring areas. These rooms will be perfect for students, as the multiple common areas provide a social environment to hang out with fellow roommates while the individual rooms offer plenty of relaxing space. Everything in this apartment is new and all of the rooms receive ample natural light, creating a truly pleasant apartment for those wanting to meet new friends during their stay in Milan.


This apartment is located on the 7th and 8th floor of a building which is equipped with an elevator. It has central heating and electric water heating. You can dry your clothes on racks on the balcony or inside the apartment. Biweekly cleaning of the common areas is included in the rental price.

What we liked the most

  • The apartment has 2 large balconies with beautiful views of the Milan skyline and the colorful neighboring courtyards and buildings.
  • The kitchen is quite impressive: everything is modern and made from stainless steel. You'll feel like a Master Chef cooking in this kitchen! There is a window, balcony, and an extractor so you won't have to worry about the lingering smell of food.
  • The apartment has a huge table that is perfect for hosting dinners.
  • All bills are included and wi-fi is already installed, so tenants do not have to worry about extra costs.
  • The rooms vary in size and decoration, allowing tenants to choose according to their preference. Every room receives ample lighting and is furnished with a desk, bed, standalone wardrobe, shelves, and chest of drawers.
  • The beautiful Parco Nord, or North Park, is a stroll from the flat, allowing tenants to take walks or exercise with ease.

Things to keep in mind

  • The apartment is located outside of the city center, but there are transportation lines within walking distance.
  • Some areas of the apartment are equipped with A/C units to provide a cool relief for tenants!
