Stazione Centrale is where one can find the Stazione Centrale, or the Central Station, a point from which many national and international trains depart. It is characterized for its transportation access: there are many trains, metros, tramways and even cable cars that pass through the area. For those who love to travel, all buses with direct lines to the main airports depart from Stazione Centrale. Aside from transportation, the neighborhood is famous for being home to the Corso Buenos Aires street, a shopping area where one can find everything from boutiques to outlet stores. Truly representative of Milan's fashion culture, it proudly holds the title of highest concentration of clothes shops in Europe!

What we liked the most

  • The apartment has direct access from the elevator. We've never seen anything like this!
  • With the Milano Centrale station a 5 minute walk, you'll have the easiest time getting around the rest of the city and to other parts of Italy.
  • As you enter the apartment (again, from the elevator!), you're greeted by the very spacious and luminous living room. It's a truly welcoming space to come home to.
  • The kitchen is complete with an oven, stove, and even a dishwasher- you won't have to worry about dishes ever again!
  • All of the rooms are quite spacious and furnished with giant wardrobes. You'll never run out of space to store all your belongings.
  • As the apartment is on the 7th floor, the views from the windows and balcony are quite pleasant; you will have views overlooking the neighboring areas while being protected from unnecessary street noise.

Things to keep in mind

  • Tenants will share 1 bathroom.
  • There will only be one bed in room 2.
  • The landlord will replace the dining table in the kitchen.
  • Bedroom 1 is double occupancy and has 2 single beds that are to be rented out separately.
