Three fully furnished single rooms are for rent in a bright and charming 3 bedroom apartment. Each room has an air conditioning unit, heating and access to a shared balcony. This warm and homely flat has two levels: the 3 bedrooms and a bathroom are on the top floor, the shared kitchen is downstairs in the basement. The apartment is located on Via Privata Bellinzona, a quiet private street in a pleasant neighborhood. Viale Monte Ceneri is only a few hundred metres away, and you can access the tram and bus networks within a short walk. You can also reach Bovisa University in a 20 minute walk. The apartment has a floor area of 60 sqm and is interior.
What we liked the most
- As you enter the apartment, you will see a huge built-in wardrobe, to be shared by the tenants.
- The downstairs common kitchen/living area offers 2 small fridges, a dining table, a stove, and an oven.
- The bathroom is modern and very spacious, equipped with a bathtub and a separate shower.
- With A/C and heating in your room, it will be pleasant and comfortable all year-round.
- There is a washing machine that also works a dryer, allowing you to dry your washing fast regardless of the weather.
- You can park your bicycle in the private garden of the house.
Things to keep in mind
- LL can accept only females.
- The apartment is located above the landlord's house.
- Each room has an additional single bed, but this is suitable for occasional visitors only.
Cancellation policies

- When cancelling 60 days or more before check-in - Full refund of initial payment
- Cancelling between 30 and 59 days before check-in - 50% refund of initial payment
- When cancelling 29 days or less before check-in - Non-refundable
Once a booking is confirmed, the Spotahome fee is non-refundable

The English speaking landlord lives in the same building, but in a separate apartment below the unit that is for rent, and requires one month rent as a deposit. Rent should be paid by bank transaction. This landlord only accepts female tenants.
